Summary:

I offer expertise in Specialty Construction, Turnkey Power Plant Construction, Equipment, CoGeneration, Alternative Energy, International Trade and Manufacturing, Manufacturing Processes, Operational Management, Systems development , International Project Management, and Development. During my more than 25 years of experience I have performed in all aspects of Project Management, Controls, and Development in the positions of Owner, General Manager, Project Manager, as well as Estimator, Scheduler, and Cost Engineer. I have extensive experience in planning, design, implementation, and operation of power generation projects, construction, and manufacturing. During the breakup and early transition of the Soviet Union into the Newly Independent States (NIS) I brought together high level NIS government officials with executive management of US based Multinational corporations to develop energy projects in the former Soviet Union.

During those years I directed the technical analysis of existing thermal and electrical power stations, technical analysis of fuels delivery and storage and the modernization of a distributed electric / thermal power system. With the direct involvement of the Deputy Prime Minister and Deputy Director of the Supreme Soviet I initiated the manufacture of point of use domestic water filters and fabricated titanium products based in former military manufacturing facilities. In the reconstruction and modernization of the capital of the Tatar Republic, Kazan (pop 1.6 million) I advised City Government and the Cabinet of Ministers in the application of distributed power and contemporary construction materials and practices.

After five years in the NIS, I accepted a Consultant Contract position as the Project Manager for the first IPP Power Plant in Brazil, and built the first IPP to generate electricity for Manaus (1.6 Million Pop), the largest city of the Amazon Rain Forest. I continue to work in development of Infrastructure including Distributed Power solutions, Telecommunication Systems, and least cost Energy Strategies for my clients in both domestic and international markets; developing new distributed power generation, alternative (renewable) energy, CHP, and energy management projects in North & South America and Europe.
